Talk is cheap. That is why the structure of our Initial Business program is disclosed in writing in our Franchise Disclosure Document before you sign anything…
Defined Initial Business. Your program includes a minimum Gross Monthly Billing amount, called “Initial Business,” based on the level you select. Under your agreement, we secure and offer you the opportunity to service signed commercial contracts that total that amount.
Clear Offering Timeline. Those Accounts are secured and offered within the Initial Offering Period defined in your agreement, starting once your equipment is in place and onboarding is complete.
Replacement Protection. If an Initial Account cancels through no fault of yours before 12 full months of service, the remaining portion is replaced within a reasonable time, as outlined in the FDD.
Defined Remedy. If the full Initial Business is not secured and offered within the allocated Initial Offering Period, an amount equal to 2.5 times the unoffered Initial Business is refunded, as described in the FDD.
Shared Responsibility. We are obligated to secure and offer the Initial Business. You decide whether to accept Accounts and are responsible for service quality and ongoing account management. Long term performance depends on how the business is operated.
